This Privacy Statement applies exclusively to the processing of personal data by Fellow Digitals in its capacity as a data controller for its own purposes, such as operating the website https://www.fellowdigitals.com and conducting marketing and communication activities in the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where personal data is processed through the products and platforms of Fellow Digitals on behalf of its customers, Fellow Digitals acts as a data processor within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These processing activities are governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) concluded with each customer.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the processing of personal data through our platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise, as such activities fall under the responsibility of our customers, who act as data controllers in those contexts.
3. Personal data we process
We may process the following categories of personal data:
first and last name;
company name;
contact details (email address and telephone number);
IP address;
information about your use of our website (such as downloads or demo requests);
browser and device information;
personal data you actively provide to us, for example via forms, email or telephone.
We do not process special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR, unless legally permitted to do so.

Fellow Digitals also attaches great importance to the responsible and careful use of AI. Our employees are actively supported in their AI literacy, enabling them to use AI systems in a conscious, critical and appropriate manner. This contributes to transparency, risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the EU AI Act.
